Nothing beats coming home to your own kitchen after a long weekend away. Especially when truffle and goat cheese pizza is involved! Thanks to Flat Out flatbreads I was able to have dinner ready in less than 6 minutes! I’m obsessed with their artisan pizza crusts which are super thin and crispy, figure friendly and the biggest time saver. They are technically called pizza crusts but I like to think of them as flatbreads so I don’t feel as guilty when I eat 5 of them (kidding)…(not really). You can find them in most major grocery stores near the artisan cheese or deli section.
You literally 1.) bake the crust for 2 minutes 2.) take your crust out and add on your sauces/ topping 3.) bake for another 4 minutes. THAT’S IT! It doesn’t get much easier than that people! ????????
You can top your pizza with anything your little heart desires but today I topped mine with truffle sauce, goat cheese and some beautiful pea shoots I picked up at the farmers market. Pea shoots are developing a special place in my heart so don’t be surprised if they start showing up all over the place. Pea shoot this, pea shoot that! And no, they don’t taste like grass (eye roll)….in fact they are pretty flavorful. The perfect little addition of freshness to any meal: Tacos, pizza, soups, salads….get on the pea shoot train already!
